About Me

Hi, I’m Meghan. I’m the author of Leading With the Heart: The Courage to Trust Your Inner Wisdom and Rewrite Your Life. Through my writing, speaking, and heart-led guidance, I help my fellow humans overcome adversity, move through life’s big transitions and create lives that feel more fulfilling.

It wasn’t until I started listening to my heart that my life finally aligned with who I really am.

My story began with loss. When I was five, my father died by suicide. My childhood was marked by grief and survival. Raised by a single mom, I dropped out of eighth grade, befriended houseless neighbors, and tried to numb my pain with drugs and alcohol.

And yet, I persevered. I earned a college degree, built a high-profile career advising CEOs and changemakers, and achieved the kind of success I once believed would make me feel whole.

My Mission

I believe every human deserves to live a life that feels like their own—free from old patterns, false expectations, and unnecessary struggle. My mission is to guide people back to the intelligence of their hearts so they can live with greater clarity, courage, and fulfillment.

Through my book, blog, and speaking, I invite you to:

  • Reconnect with the wisdom of your heart and trust it as your inner compass.

  • Transform adversity into growth and strength.

  • Navigate life’s pivots and transitions with courage and clarity.

  • Release old patterns, false expectations, and limiting beliefs.

  • Embrace authenticity and create a life that feels uniquely your own.

  • Cultivate deeper connection—with yourself and with others.

  • Step into a more fulfilling, joyful way of living.

What I Value

  • Authenticity — living in alignment with who we truly are, not who the world tells us to be.

  • Courage — choosing the heart’s wisdom even when it feels risky or unfamiliar.

  • Compassion — extending kindness to ourselves and others in the midst of struggle.

  • Growth — seeing adversity as an opportunity to learn, evolve, and expand.

  • Connection — nurturing meaningful relationships and honoring our shared humanity.

  • Clarity — creating space to hear the heart’s voice above the noise of fear and expectation.

  • Joy — celebrating the beauty of life, even in its messiness.

I know what it feels like to walk through life under the weight of pressure and uncertainty. And I also know the shift that happens when you finally learn to trust your heart.

My hope is that my story and my work encourage you to begin trusting your own heart to lead the way.
